Pastor Seth Williamson (Lead Pastor)
Pastor Seth grew up in Virginia and moved to Texas in 2016 with his wife Shannon. He was called to ministry at the age of 15 and has always had a passion for proclaiming God's Word and reaching people who have not placed their faith in Jesus Christ. He studied Theology and Apologetics at Liberty University and got his Masters of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary. He has two children and loves to spend his time cooking, smoking brisket, fishing, entertaining guests, watching movies, and traveling with Shannon. His dream for starting Church of the Ascension comes from his belief that church startups are uniquely skilled at reaching new people for Jesus, not just moving Christians from one church to another. He would love to grab a coffee with you sometime!
